Numerous health and mental benefits can be gained by practicing yoga. It provides an avenue to improve flexibility, muscle movement and provides relief to spinal pains. It also improves brain functions and increases stamina and vitality. It also elevates your digestive and circulatory system, and punch up the immune system. It also controls the blood sugar and cholesterol level of an individual.

In this busy world, people do not have time to go yoga classes. However, there are still many yoga postures and asana that can be done indoor like breathing exercises (pranayama) and many more. You must do it at least for 5-10 minutes daily. This small practice will also provide you very good results.
